How vain are we when we will not tolerate any curbs on our freedom but wish to enforce regulations on those that make us pay for our pleasures.
How vain are we when we justify our lustful relationship ‘platonic’ yet expect ‘our’ partners not to lust elsewhere.
Freedom from vanity is a far cry yet...
