Was an amazing ride! It actually felt as if I was riding with them!
Initially, just like a motorcycle, it seemed as if it was idling and then purring along but half way through, the ride began in right earnest. One of the best motorcycle riding books I've read.
Her enthusiasm and passion comes through every page as she takes the curves on the mountains, meets people and awes them by narrating her experiences.
Now even I want to go and ride in Cambodia,Laos and Vietnam!
Shall quote some lines that I loved in the book.
'if you really desire something, the universe will conspire to bring it to you. Well, not entirely. It's not quite the universe, as I learnt, it's your own determination..'
'Like life, as Rumi said, motorcycling is a balance of holding on and letting go.'
It sure is a book that is a must read for every motorcycle tourer. Will not disappoint.
